As a leader, I have the desire to inspire others to grow within the space they are in. I consider myself a servant leader. Servant leadership emphasizes developing others with empathy and enhanced communication  skills. 

 

In addition to earning my Doctorate in executive leadership, I have a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from West Virginia University, and  Bachelor of Science in Social Work through Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Cut at every level, I remained curious with the drive to share my knowledge.

 

I grew up with emphasis on perseverance, resilience, and tenacity. I was blessed with many opportunities to lead others and be a part of a team through cheer, track, and dance. Furthermore, I continue to mentor and empower young people to reach their inner potential.

 

Furthernore, utilizing the Resilience Based- Leadership Program (RBLP) framework, I help create resilient leaders navigate through adversity and challenges. The RBLP  Certification, focuses on building leadership skills for individuals and teams. 

 

 

In 2023, I was honored to receive the Trailblazer Award for my commitment to excellence and received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for my commitment to the betterment of the nation. I also serve on several non-profit boards.
